Free returns extended! Amazon officially announced…

According to Techspot, Amazon plans to expand its free return policy during the holiday season . Customers can return eligible items such as electronics, household products, kitchen appliances and pet supplies at one of more than 18,000 locations, including Kohl's, UPS, Amazon Books stores, Amazon 4-Star stores, Amazon Hub locations and some Whole Foods supermarkets.

Amazon isn't just focused on speeding up the delivery process. The e-commerce giant showed Wednesday that it also wants to make returns as convenient as possible -- at least through the holiday season.

Under the expanded returns policy, millions of items shipped by Amazon between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 can be returned free of charge until January 31, 2020.

“With free returns on millions of items, customers don’t have to worry about whether the keyboard they ordered doesn’t work or whether their dog loves their new bed – they can buy with confidence knowing they can return it for free in just a few clicks,” said Libby Johnson McKee, director of WW Returns and eCommerce at Amazon.
