In addition to external factors such as the market environment and attacks from competitors, Amazon also often puts pressure on sellers. Even sellers operating legitimately cannot withstand Amazon's waves of audits and misjudgments.

After the seller tried to open a case, Amazon admitted that the product was incorrectly labeled as a lighting category, but did not solve the problem. The seller deleted the sensitive words but still did not correct the problem after 1-2 days.
 
When new products are delayed in going on sale, sellers have no way to turn to Amazon for help and can only turn to service providers for help. However, the category review fees are a considerable expense, and sellers are angry and helpless.

3. Product packaging is misjudged as large

Judging from the above situations, no matter whether the seller is completely innocent or there are keywords in the link that trigger system review , it is difficult to appeal after Amazon misjudges the category or product. Only by constantly opening cases and contacting Amazon can the link be restored.
 
The above common types of Amazon misjudgments are fatal to the seller's links and products. Whether it is an old product on sale or a new product that has not yet been launched, it cannot withstand Amazon's waves of misjudgments and reviews. When other sellers encounter similar problems, they can try the following:
 
1. Try to update it with a template . This category is automatically identified and captured by the Amazon system. You can directly change the major category of the product. You can try to fill in the feed product type in the template to influence Amazon's judgment of your product classification.
 
2. First, check the listings . After that, make sure there are no related words or similar patterns, or synonyms that are close to the truth, etc. Make a good statement of evidence and make the case based on reason and evidence.
 
3. For other types of misjudgment, use the template to refresh . If the refresh fails 2-3 times, reflect on whether there is a problem with the method and try again. If it still fails after 2-3 days, you need to open a new case.
