AB Tasty Basic Introduction

You can use the tool's visual editor to build and run A/B tests, split tests, multi-scheme tests, and funnel tests. You can also use its positioning function to test based on various conditions such as URL, geographic location, weather, etc. To help verify your test, AB tasty also provides a report that displays the test and test credibility in real time.

1. Create any test scenario

In the same interface, with just a few clicks, you can create all tests, from the simplest to the most complex: A/B tests, A/B/C... tests, landing page tests, multi-page tests (channels), and even multivariate (MVT) tests.

2. Accurately guide the pages and network users included in your test

Combine a huge number of criteria, whether by URL, by content type, browsing habits, peripherals, etc... You can also use your own data (eg: CRM...) to guide your tests.

3. Configure your test as you see fit

In September 2014, it received a seed round of financing of 1.1 million euros, invested by Kima Ventures XAnge.

In February 2016, it received 5 million euros in Series A financing from Omnes Capital, XAnge, and Kima Ventures.

In June 2017, AB Tasty received $17 million in Series B funding from XAnge, Omnes Capital, and Partech Ventures.

AB Tasty Development History

In December 2009, Alix Sagazan and Rémi Aubert created Liwio, a web analytics agency specialized in conversion optimization. Liwio was awarded the Agency Google Analytics Certification.

In June 2012, Tasty AB Testing was launched, which allows the creation of A/B and multivariate tests independently. Marketing to the agency's clients began.

In September 2012, in addition to the WYSIWYG editor, an advanced segmentation engine was added that enables content personalization and user experience campaigns to be driven to very precise user segments.

In March 2014, we launched a library of ready-to-use marketing information, enabling complex experimental scenarios in just a few clicks. As a result, our testing and personalization options have multiplied.

In September 2014, we developed data visualization tools to enrich the analysis of activities, such as heat maps (hot/cold click points) to better understand how users interact with the page.

In November 2014, AB Tasty was named a “Strong Performer” in the TrustRadius A/B Testing Solutions Buyer’s Guide.

In March 2015, AB Tasty rebooted the browsing experience between web and mobile with the launch of AB Tasty for APP, extending its expertise to native mobile apps.

In May 2015, AB Tasty launched Clever Stats, an innovative results analysis engine based on Bayesian statistics, which can make decisions faster and more reliably.

In July 2015, AB’s good interface with data management platforms (DMPs) allowed it to leverage the rich customer base from third-party solutions and address audience issues more precisely.

In August 2015, AB Tasty launched a new conversion optimization algorithm based on dynamic traffic distribution to solve the so-called "multi-armed bandit" problem. This algorithm maximizes conversions during the test period.

In September 2015, AB Tasty for App was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at the E-Commerce Awards as part of the Paris E-Commerce trade show. Renewing the French Tech Pass, AB Tasty was one of 48 hyper-growth companies in France.

In October 2015, AB Tasty had 50 employees and opened its second European office in London, while dedicated sales teams focus on the German, Spanish and Australian markets.

In February 2016, AB Tasty took over the European market and opened offices in Cologne, London and Madrid to support local development!

In May 2016, AB Tasty was selected by Business France and BPI France to participate in the Ubi i/o accelerator program. After 3 months in the United States, AB Tasty opened an office in New York.

In October 2018, AB Tasty opened an office in Singapore, its first office in the Asia Pacific region.

In November 2018, AB Tasty opened an office in San Francisco to accelerate its growth in the United States.
