1. Next-day delivery service: All products on LazMall, the first of its kind in Malaysia, will be delivered within 24 hours after customers complete the purchase process. Lazada's current average delivery time is 1.2 days from purchase;

2. 15-day return and exchange period: If the buyer is not satisfied with the product purchased from LazMall, he can apply for a return and exchange within 15 days after purchase. Lazada has more than 2,000 return points across the country for customers to return the products they want to apply for a return.

3. 100% authentic products: All flagship stores and certified stores on LazMall go through a rigorous screening process to ensure that customers receive authentic products. Stores on LazMall must comply with brand trademark documents, seller ratings, and good operational performance. LazMall only sells authentic and original brand products. On March 21, 2019, Lazada, the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, held the "Lazmall Brand Future Forum" in Singapore and announced that it will launch new products and services to empower inclusive brand merchants, improve operational efficiency and service experience, and help small and medium-sized enterprises and global brands continue to grow in the six key markets in Southeast Asia.

In August 2019, Lazada Thailand announced a partnership with GroupM to jointly create a complete ecosystem for the sales growth of LazMall brands on the e-commerce platform. At the same time, Lazada also cooperated with multiple media and leveraged GroupM's expertise in media planning, information analysis, business and communication strategies.

Development History

In 2018, Lazada officially launched its official mall LazMall, hoping to use this channel to introduce more brand sellers into the Southeast Asian market.

On September 10, 2020, during the 9.9 Shopping Festival, Lazada officially announced the brand upgrade of its brand mall LazMall, helping brands, retailers and authorized dealers connect with more than 70 million active consumers on the Lazada platform. In addition, to ensure that all products sold on the platform are genuine, LazMall has also created the first compensation clause in Southeast Asia - if consumers buy counterfeit products on LazMall, the Thai and Malaysian markets will provide up to five times the compensation, and the Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippine markets will provide double compensation.
