Basic Introduction

Sendo Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese e-commerce retailer and online business platform. It was founded in 2012 by FPT Company. In 2014, Sendo acquired VNG's e-commerce platform 123mua.vn. Sendo has been growing its business by entering remote areas. It is currently the second largest e-commerce website in Vietnam, second only to market leader Lazada.

sendo.vn store opening rules

1. The registration information (store contact information and store representative) must be complete, correctly spelled and consistent with each other, and generally not violate the release regulations.

2. Registration information must be true and clear.

3. The store address must be complete and specific. For stores located in commercial centers, the batch number, counter number, floor number, etc. must be specified.

4. The mobile phone number and registered email or registered ID card must be valid and accurate. Each mobile phone number and email can only be used for one store.

5. The store name is a minimum string of 7 digits, it must contain at least 1 letter in the Vietnamese alphabet and must not violate the following information:

2. Fill in your email address, password, phone number and verification code in order

3. Click the red button at the bottom to register

Order processing rules

1. The seller needs to confirm the order as soon as possible and within 24 hours from the date the order is generated, after which the order will be automatically cancelled.

2. The seller needs to contact the buyer to verify the buyer's information and order information to increase the possibility of a successful order.

3. The seller must use the delivery service provided by Sendo to deliver the goods to the buyer.

4. If it is necessary to promote sales activities on Sendo, the seller will continue to authorize its own transportation and promise to comply with relevant regulations, including:

Platform product packaging rules

1. For ordinary items (such as clothing): The seller should pack nylon, pack neatly and tie with tape carefully.

2. For goods such as household goods and shoes: Sellers need to put them in cartons and tape them carefully.

3. For high value goods, electronic products: the seller needs to put it in a carton or manufacturer's box, wrap it in a plastic bag and carefully tape it.

4. For fragile items (plastic, glass, etc.): Sellers need to put in cartons, foam and foam inserts to prevent the goods from moving and avoid impact

Financing
