Function Introduction

1. Real-time dashboard

Shows details about Amazon fees (e.g. FBA fulfillment fees, commissions), paid advertising spend, return fees, event marketing fees, and fixed fees (e.g. virtual assistants, prep centers). You can also view by time period (today, yesterday, or this month) and by product.

2. Configurable charts

Our charts allow quick and easy analysis of your key performance indicators. Everything is customizable: e.g. sales, units, profit, return costs, etc., timeframe and output (e.g. last year by month, last month by day). The view can be filtered by market or product (with multi-selection). View summary information or drill down to a list of products per period as well as product details.

3. Profit and Loss View

This is a smart clickable P&L with the ability to focus on each parameter (e.g. Amazon fees) for each time period, customize the time range of dates (e.g. last year by month, last month by day), filter by marketplace or product, and see what products sold during any selected time period. 4. Dynamic

The Dynamics feature helps you track all important KPIs for each product to make sure there are no negative dynamics. These KPIs include Amazon Best Sellers Rank, Sales, Returns, and Profits. If one of these conditions has deteriorated recently, sellers should take action (such as reducing prices, checking quality, running ads, etc.). You can select a KPI (such as Returns) and a time range, and then view a table with all products and their month-to-month performance (including KPI values ​​and percentage changes from the previous month). 6. Paid advertising operation panel

The dashboard is your primary tool for analyzing key performance indicators. Here you can see your daily profits in real time, as well as drill down into any time period or product, and view all expenses. All data is automatically added to your sellerboard, and you don’t have to enter anything manually! And, there are some very important metrics that you won’t find in Seller Central.

The first metric is estimated profit. The algorithm proposed by sellerboard obtains the most accurate profit estimate for each campaign, group and even keyword.

The next metric is the break-even ACOS. It will help you understand your ACOS advertising costs at different stages from start to finish.

Another indicator is the break-even bid. It will indicate an estimate of what your bid should be, based on the data you receive from PPC, based on your investments. Based on this information, you can decide whether to increase or decrease your bid. An automated bidding system is coming soon!

7. Product segmentation

Accurate details for any product for any period or market, view actual sales, profits, costs and expenses associated with each product; for example, cost of products sold, return costs, paid advertising, VAT for any period.

8. Accurately display all Amazon fees

14. Refund for lost inventory

Sellerboard helps you find Amazon fulfillment errors and request compensation through Seller Support. Sometimes your inventory is lost or damaged by Amazon employees in the Amazon fulfillment warehouse and is not reimbursed by Amazon. Another possible Amazon fulfillment error is returns that are refunded to the customer but the customer did not actually return the product. Sellerboard automatically finds these cases and provides a text template that you can use to request an investigation from Seller Support and make the corresponding compensation to you. It's all pure profit!
