A: We do not have our own warehousing, so you can arrange the delivery method yourself, saving the merchant’s operating time and thus improving the customer experience.

Q: What are the specific requirements of LeLong.my for product images uploaded?

A: The images must be watermark-free and must not contain infringing patterns. Except for street photos of clothing, the main images of other products must have a white background. In addition, the image format must be JPG, PNG, BMP; no less than 35K and no more than 1M. Main image: must be larger than 500X500. The image must be square.
