Usage Process


1. User Registration


Users need to register to obtain a login account and obtain permission to create products.


2. Create products


Describe the product details according to the system format.


3. Warehousing plan


After the product takes effect, submit the "Inventory List" in the system.


4. Choose logistics to ship goods to Japanese warehouse


The goods are shipped to the Japanese warehouse. After the goods arrive at the Japanese warehouse, the staff will count the goods for you. After confirming the inventory, they will arrange the goods to be put on the shelves, shipped out of the warehouse and shipped.

b. Ensure that there is sufficient inventory in the application category;


c. Products on shelves must comply with local import and export requirements, and digital and beauty products must be equipped with relevant certification documents;


d. Food and beverages are not accepted for the time being.

The process of Chinese sellers entering Starday


1. Register an account

2. Submit information


Submit the application materials and wait for review.


3. Qualification review


Register an account, wait for review, and wait for the operator to review the store information. If you have any questions during this period, you can contact Starday official customer service.


4. Successful entry


After the review is passed, the merchant fills in the relevant information and the certification is completed, the product can be put on the shelf. The seller must ship the product within 48 hours based on the user's order.


Precautions


1. After the seller successfully fills in the information, the Starday platform staff will contact you within 3 working days. Please keep your phone open and check your text messages and emails (including spam) in time.


2. The platform currently does not provide Japanese support, and product names and product introductions need to be translated into Japanese.
