1. For sellers

  • Seller feedback rating must be 3.5 stars or above.

  • Sellers must be enrolled in a Professional Selling Plan, not an Individual Seller.

2. For products

  • Allow 0 review products (no reviews)

  • If a product has 1 to 4 reviews, it must be rated 2.5 stars or higher

  • If a product has 5 or more reviews, the product must be rated 3 stars or higher

  • The unit price of the product is more than five dollars

  • The product must be in new condition

  • Products marked as adult products are not allowed

  • The distribution channel (FBA, MFN) of the product has no impact


How to set up coupons


1. Click create a new coupon in the coupons function

2. Add the SKU or ASIN of the product you want to create a promotion for, then click "Go"

3. Confirm the product added successfully, and continue to next step

You can choose which buyers you want to show your coupons to. For example, you can show your coupons to buyers who have purchased other products from you to increase brand sales. 6. Check the coupon information, discount strength & event time, and "submit coupon" after verification

Coupon Application Notes


  • It is not recommended to use coupons in conjunction with other promotional activities, as this may result in disqualification from the activity and create discounts on top of discounts, causing confusion for consumers.

  • The coupon is valid for a maximum of 90 days.

  • You can select a start date for each coupon, and the coupon will take effect 6 hours after submission.

  • Coupon discounts can only be between 5% and 50% (US: 5%-80%)

  • If an Amazon product loses coupon eligibility for any reason after a coupon is activated (low inventory, product ratings, etc.), we will disable the coupon for that product.

  • If your coupon includes 10 products and 2 of them are ineligible, the buyer will see the remaining 8 products and your coupon will still be valid.

  • Once your coupon is activated, the only edits allowed are to extend the duration (up to a total of 3 months) or increase the budget. If you want to make any other changes, you will need to cancel the existing coupon and create a new one.
