During this period, I went undercover in several training companies, mainly Amazon, Tiktok and other training companies. Not to mention that the companies are quite large and well-organized, with hundreds of people. We would have afternoon tea from time to time and have one day off every week. To be honest, it is basically impossible to find a job with a 9-to-6 work schedule and weekends off in Wuhan.

At first, I didn’t think they were trying to take advantage of me. My original intention was to take a class and do my own business without conflicting with the company. I was an Amazon service provider and had some knowledge of Amazon, so I was very successful in the interview. After passing the first interview, I watched PPT and learned about corporate culture, etc. Then there was the second interview, which was a written test. For example, what is the fbm model and what is an overseas warehouse? What are their advantages? I was the only one left after the four people who went with me. At that time, I still felt that I must do a good job, but I didn’t know that this was the beginning of my guilty conscience. After the second interview, they started to arrange seats and gave you a few hours to watch successful chat cases. After watching, you have to write a few targeted reviews, that is, your thoughts.

Because training companies are basically sales, selling courses, so the third assessment is to see how good your chatting skills are, whether you can make a deal, and then the next day there is a simulated chatting test. I think this should also be a formality, brainwashing you from the very beginning and slowly assimilating you. Okay, let's stop here for the flowing statement. There are too many things to say, and I will slowly intersperse them later. Now let's talk about their money-making model.
 
Everyone knows about the salary in Wuhan. The normal level is a base salary of 4,000 plus commission . Everyone on Douyin is a millionaire and it's easy to make money. Let me talk about the salary structure of this company specifically. The probation period is one month. There will be a newcomer bonus of 500 after one month. If you don't work full time, it will be 3,500. Then there is the commission. The commission is 5% for performance below 20,000, 6% for performance of 20,000, 7% for performance of 40,000, 8% for performance of 60,000, 9% for performance of 80,000, 10% for performance of 100,000, and so on, up to 15%. Then the social security will not be paid for you actively, unless you complete the performance of 60,000. There will be a probation period contract, and there will be a regularization contract when you become a regular employee. In other words, they are very cautious in terms of the law. I was fired after less than a month because I had no performance and I was not sharp enough. Then my boss talked to me and asked me how to solve the current problem. This training company mainly sells three versions of courses: 4800, 8800, and 168000. 4800 is the basic version, which opens three North American sites, 8800 opens European and American sites, and 16800 helps you open two accounts, provides you with popular products, and has its own overseas warehouses. In fact, they are all the same. They are more high-end and make you willing to pay. Later, I learned about the routine of this company through the Black Cat Complaint platform. What I think is amazing is that I didn’t know the routine when I worked in this company.
 
a. Telling customers that they are providing free overseas warehouses is actually asking them to register on a certain platform. It is not their own overseas warehouse. They also need to deposit money into it and can only withdraw cash when a certain amount is reached.
 
b. Provide free ERP software. Although it is developed by the company itself, it needs constant maintenance and is basically useless.
 
c. The model that the company tells its customers is the FBM model. There is no need to stock up on goods for drop shipping. The Amazon market is large, and the platform that supports listing products will provide you with traffic. You only need to distribute a large amount of goods every day, which does not take too much time.
 
At this point, I actually understood that this model has been out of use for a long time. But for newbies who don't know anything, what you said is nothing more than a certain temptation to them. Money is hard to make now, and everyone wants to find a side job. Those who are often deceived are those who have no money. Some people think cross-border e-commerce is cool when they hear about it, and some people hear that they can make a monthly income of over ten thousand or even tens of thousands in three months. At first they don't believe it, and then the salesmen here bombard you with success stories every day, saying that this mom has made so much money through her own efforts, and that the civil servant finally chose to cooperate with us after many inspections, and then they tell the customers that even civil servants and policemen believe in us, do you think we are scammers, and so on, to slowly open up your defenses.

2. To follow up on the previous point, why did I only realize after I quit the company that all the promises the company made to clients were bullshit? Why didn’t I know that at the time? The main reason was that the company was divided into three areas. The first one was the investment promotion department where I worked. Our main job was to make phone calls and add WeChat accounts to discuss cooperation with clients. After we won over the clients, we would move to the next department, the teaching department.

The teaching department teaches customers how to open a store, operate a store, how to ship goods, optimize listings, etc. In the final analysis, it’s all nonsense. After you pay the money, the teaching department will just reply to you intermittently, which is of no use at all. In fact, many basic things can be searched anywhere. Do you still need someone to teach you? Secondly, the company also has a self-operated department. This department plays a vital role in transactions. As the saying goes, there is no self-operation and no investment, which makes many people feel relatively reliable. After all, only when you do well yourself will you think about leading others to do it. But then again, someone leading you to make money is nothing more than he wants to make money from you, or he wants you to help him make money. 3 The main reason I wrote this article is to hope that everyone will not be fooled. I know that everyone here is smart and will not be fooled. However, the fact that this company can continue to make profits and support hundreds of people proves that there are still many people who don’t know, such as your parents, our uncles, and working moms who want to do a side job. They are not familiar with the Internet and they don’t understand Amazon at all. With a little bit of sugar-coated bullets and some success stories, they will make impulse purchases one day.

What's more important is that those who are deceived are all people without money. They all use credit cards and Huabei as if they are grabbing a life-saving straw and making a last-ditch effort.
