Wix and Amazon join forces to help sellers manage orders efficiently!

It is learned that according to foreign media reports, Wix, the world's leading SaaS platform, recently announced a new integration with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Service (MCF) to help Wix merchants easily manage online orders using Amazon MCF.

Wix merchants in the U.S., whether or not they sell on Amazon, can now download the Amazon MCF app to their Wix stores, gaining access to Amazon’s fulfillment network, operational expertise, lower fulfillment costs, and next-day delivery services.

In addition, through this integration, Wix merchants can also see the shipping speed options and real-time delivery dates provided by Amazon, which can greatly reduce the complexity faced by merchants in managing orders, helping merchants expand their online business scale and improve their own development.

Specifically, through this integration, Wix merchants will gain the following benefits:

  • Fast Shipping: Merchants can use Amazon MCF service at any time and choose to provide customers with 1-day, 2-day and 3-5 business days delivery time.
  • High delivery level: Amazon's MCF distribution network has more than 200 distribution centers, with an on-time delivery rate of over 97%.
  • Great price: Wix merchants only pay for delivery (including picking up, packing, and shipping) and storage costs, and there is no app installation fee.
  • Simplified operations: Automated inventory scheduling will give Wix merchants the ability to get products to customers quickly and scale to meet seasonal peaks without increasing fixed costs.
  • Customizable Shipping Pricing: Wix merchants have full control over shipping costs for their customers, with the ability to replace Amazon rates with a flat rate or free shipping options (e.g., free shipping on orders over $49).
  • Effective Tracking Information Upload Rate: Wix merchants can easily share shipment confirmation and tracking details from any carrier with their customers.

It is understood that through this integration, Amazon MCF will reach more sellers and its business scale will be further expanded. It can be seen that in addition to providing delivery services for Amazon sellers, Amazon is seeking to acquire customers from other markets to further increase its own revenue.
