Wish Brand Partners was launched to create a zero-counterfeit market environment. Copyright owners who participate in this program can report infringing products from others. For intellectual property rights that may be infringed on Wish, Wish welcomes any individual or company holding intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents) to join the Co-Brand Partner Program.

Application Process

The registration process is very simple and only requires the seller's contact information and proof of intellectual property rights. Only brand partners with certified intellectual property rights are approved for this program. You can apply by clicking here. The steps are as follows:

1. Submit documents:

(1) Proof of Authorization: This document must be able to prove that the seller is authorized to act as the intellectual property representative;

(2) Proof of Intellectual Property: This document must be able to prove that the copyright, patent or trademark is legally registered.

It is worth noting that the documents provided by the seller must be complete and clear. If the documents provided are insufficient, it will cause a significant delay in the application process.

5. Verify email: After submitting the application, the seller needs to complete email verification. Please check the inbox and spam folder for emails from Wish.

Please open the email and click the "Confirm Your Email" button. If you cannot find the email, please use the login information created in the previous step to enter this website, check that the email you provided is correct, and click "Resend Email". If you still do not receive the email within 20 minutes, please check your spam folder for related emails.

6. Verify your mobile phone number: After the email is successfully verified, log in here to verify your mobile phone number.

If the mobile phone number provided has the function of receiving SMS, please click the Send CODe button and the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone. If the mobile phone number provided does not have the function of receiving SMS, please select the option "Don't have a mobile phone?" to get the verification code by listening to the phone call.

7. Account verification: If the seller sees the following information on the page, the application has been successfully submitted. Wish will contact the seller to verify the account as soon as possible:

Complaint Application

Brand partners can report infringing products to Wish to help Wish create a zero-counterfeit market environment. After reviewing the brand partner's complaint, Wish will remove each infringing product from the shelves.

1. Submit a complaint application:

(1) Log in to your account and select "Submit Complaint Application" from the "Complaint Application" menu on the navigation bar.

(2) On the Create Complaint Application page, please provide the following details:

①Title (required): Please fill in the brief title of the complaint application;

② Infringement URL (required): Please submit the URL of the Wish product that infringes your intellectual property rights;

③Additional information (optional): Please provide remarks.

(3) After the seller submits a complaint, Wish will remove the relevant infringing products. If it is determined that the product does not infringe the seller's intellectual property rights, we will send an email to the seller and relist the product.

2. Tracking complaint applications

(1) Sellers can track the status of their complaint applications through the "History" in the "Complaint Application" menu on the navigation bar.

(2) Sellers can view all complaint application details through this page. Each complaint application will display the following information:

①Title: The title filled in when creating the application;

②Submission date: the date when the complaint application is submitted;

③ Product quantity: the number of infringing products submitted in the complaint application;

④Current status: current status of complaint application (being processed or completed);

⑤Completion date: This date will be displayed only when the complaint application is completed;

⑥ Number of confirmed counterfeits: the number of counterfeits confirmed after review;

⑦ Number of non-counterfeit products: the number of non-counterfeit products that have been verified and confirmed;

⑧Number of products awaiting review: The number of products awaiting review.

(3) For completed complaint applications, sellers can view the processing details by downloading a table (.xlsx format).
