A 30-year-old Amazon operator in Shenzhen revealed that he joined Amazon in 2017 and has been working in his current company for less than half a year. The company's Amazon department currently has the seller as the person in charge and another colleague A as an assistant.

When he joined the company, the boss only registered an empty account. After the seller took over, he and A were responsible for a series of things, including setting up the account from scratch, selecting products, brand registration, purchasing samples, packaging and shipping, etc., and they worked overtime until 8 or 9 o'clock every night.

If the team's gross profit and performance did not meet the standards, his performance would be deducted.

More than two months later, the department leader issued another notice, stating that the seller's team would be removed and everyone was required to find another way out. This was done without giving a 30-day advance notice or issuing a dismissal notice, nor was any compensation provided.
 
Prior to this, the company fell into operational difficulties due to the account blocking. The seller and others had not received any commission for more than half a year, and even had their performance wages deducted.
 
In addition, many sellers have also said that they have encountered similar pitfall companies:
 
"My current company also said that the performance was not good, and I have not been working since the epidemic lockdown. I started working after May 15th, and then I was paid 1,000 yuan. I started to receive 2,000 yuan in June..."
 
"My former company suddenly notified the company of dissolution, saying that the partners were withdrawing their investment. They compensated me with one month's salary, which was paid in three months. The last two installments have not been paid yet. Later I found out that they were hiring again. I guess they kept the salary low this year and hired a cheap operator."
 
Another seller reported that he had worked for a small company with no subsidiaries and no subsidiaries for a year, and was basically responsible for all matters from product selection to operations. However, the company recently stated that its performance was not as good as expected, and indirectly prompted him to resign.
 
Nowadays, the cross-border recruitment market is unfathomable, and there are often many three-no companies mixed in.
