Constant Contact can take that heavy burden off your small business. Moreover, the template should be consistent with the message you want to convey. From holiday designs to event invitations, teams can provide the right copy for the right design. No more generating templates from scratch. These reusable templates provide flexibility for every campaign. Forget the hassle of creating your own templates or hiring an expensive designer. Get high-quality designs instantly with Constant Contact’s customizable templates.

2. Targeted activities

Constant Contact’s click classification feature allows teams to automatically add subscribers to lists every time a contact clicks a link, button, or clickable image in an email. Instead, teams should work on customizing the inbox experience through intelligent email marketing automation.

3. Contact Management

If you already have a list, Constant Contact offers the option to upload it from Excel, Gmail, or Outlook. Still in the list-building phase? No problem, the platform also lets you add new contacts from Facebook pages and websites. Contact management is essential to running a small business. Instead of forgetting about it or neglecting it, use Constant Contact to improve it.

4. Effect tracking

Constant Contact offers real-time tracking to see who opens, clicks, and shares your emails. With detailed reports, you can see the performance of your campaigns over time and see which subscribers are engaging and which are not. Take a simple approach to improving the performance of your marketing campaigns.

5. Loyalty Rewards

With Constant Contact's PLUS plan, teams can create a mobile-responsive coupon in an email and track when it's claimed, shared, and redeemed.
